混凝土结构加固中植筋深度的试验研究

摘    要:通过在混凝土中植筋的拉拔试验,研究了不同条件下植筋的破坏形态,分析了混凝土强度、钢筋直径和植筋的强度等级对植筋深度的影响,给出了粘结破坏、锥形破坏、钢筋屈服和应力传递破坏等4种破坏形态的计算模型,推导出了相应的植筋深度计算公式,并通过多组试验证明了计算公式的正确性并给出了避免粘结破坏和锥形破坏的植筋深度计算公式.

Abstract:Through the pulling experiment on embedded steel bars in concrete, the damage forms of embedded steel bars are investigated. The influence of the strength of embedded steel bars, concrete strength and diameter of steel bar on the depth of embedded bars is analyzed. According to the analysis of the experiment result,four damage forms of the cohesion, conical contour, steel bar yielding and stress transmit of embedded steel bars are given, and their corresponding evaluation models and formulae for embedding depth are derived. The formula is proved to be valid by means of pulling experiment on embedded steel bars,and the depth formula of embedded steel bars for avoiding the damage forms of cohesion and conical contour is given.
