微量元素Sb,Te在ZA27合金中的作用

摘    要:研究了微量元素Sb,Te在ZA27合金中的作用。结果表明,单纯加入Sb或Te时,均能提高ZA27合金的抗拉强度值,但塑性指标下降;Sb,Te复合加入时,ZA27合金显示出了良好的综合性能指标,尤其是延伸率可大幅度提高,远远超过ASTM669-82标准.Sb和Te的作用主要是因为强成分过冷效应使得ZA27的凝固温度区间缩小,形成细小的花瓣状而不是树枝状初生晶,及减少或消除显微缩松,提高了ZA27合金的致密度.经Sb,Te复合变质的ZA27合金,其抗拉强度σ_b最高可达438.1MPa,延伸率δ最高可达17.3%.

Abstract:The role of trace elements Sb and Te in ZA27 has been studied.The resultsshown that adding Sb or Te in ZA27 indivdually can increase of the tatter tensile strengthbut decrease its elasticity. Haring been inoculanted with Sb and Te compoundly,ZA27 hasgood mechanical propertie.Especially the elongation can increase greaty,much over thestandard of ASTM 669-82.The role of Sb and Te can be taken as the effect of strong con-stitutional supercooling which decreases the solidification range. In this way,the form ofprimary grain is fine petal instead of dendric and the pores are decreased or eliminated. Thetensile strength of ZA27 inoculated by Sb and Te can reach 438.1 MPa and the elongationcan reach l7.3%.
