基于数值模拟的旋转燃烧室的性能分析

摘    要:通过分析某型鱼雷燃烧室结构,建立旋转燃烧室的物理数学模型,利用Fluent软件对不同转速下的旋转燃烧室单组元喷雾燃烧过程进行仿真模拟,得到燃料质量分数场以及燃烧室内的压强分布,为燃烧室的结构优化提供理论依据.通过优化结构,缩小了燃烧室的体积,减小了燃烧室的质量,提高了燃烧室的性能.

Abstract:Physical and mathematical models of a rotary combustion chamber were established by means of analyzing the structure of combustion chamber of a certain type of torpedo.The simulation of combustion process in the chamber with single element spraying was conducted with different rotational speeds by using the software Fluent.The field of fuel mass-fraction and pressure distribution in the combustion chamber were obtained,providing a theoretical basis for optimization of the chamber structure.After the structu...
