摘    要:探讨了基于Pro/Engineer的复杂模型的建模方法,介绍了建立斜齿轮精确模型的方法和步骤,将斜齿轮装配后导入已经嵌入到建模系统的有限元环境内,利用有限元软件对已经建立的斜齿轮模型施加约束、划分网格、建立接触对,对接触应力进行精确的计算,并把分析的结果与传统方法计算得到的数据对比,为以斜齿轮为零部件的产品设计提供了可靠的依据和精确的数据,为工程设计中发挥专业软件和计算机的优势提供了新的思路.

Abstract:A modelling method for complex models with PRO/Engineer was explored.The method and procedure of creation of an accurate model for helical gears was also introduced specifically as follow: the well installed helical gears are to be introduced into the finite element environment which has been inserted the modelling system;then the finite element software is to be employed to apply constraints to already created model of the helical gears,generate meshes,and create contact para;and,finally,the contact stress is to be accurately evaluated and the result of analysis will be compared to the data obtained with traditional method of computation.The data so obtained would provide a reliable and accurate basis for designing a product with helical gears as its components as well as offer a new idea for forwarding the superiority of specialized software and high-speed computer in engineering design.
