摘    要:本文从裂纹技术的角度出发,对带有环形切口的常用工程金属棒料,在旋弯预荷方式下的裂断断口作了宏观和微观分析,指出断裂过程分为撕裂带、疲劳区、暗灰色的细窄纤维区和瞬态脆断区;断口呈现脆断形貌特征,属于典型的脆性损伤破坏过程。金相分析表明,采用裂纹技术对金属材料的材质没有影响,断口质量满足工程要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the fracture surface of several commonly used engineering metals subjected to bending are studied macroscopically and microscopically from the view-point of crack technique. The fracture process may be divided into laceration zone, fatigue zone, dark grey thin fiber zone and fast brittle fracture zone. The fracture surface takes an appearance of brittle fracture. It belongs to a sort of brittle damage. Metallography study shows that the meterial property remains unchanged, the quality of the surface meets the need of engineering.
