摘    要:提出了一种基于包络线法 ,并结合优化技术来评价涡旋型线轮廓度误差的数据处理方法 .该方法优点在于在涡旋型线轮廓度误差评定过程中能自动实现加工基准与测量基准的适应性调整 ,以此分离加工基准与测量基准之间的位置误差 ,消除位置误差对轮廓度误差评定结果的影响 .经实际应用证实 ,该方法简便、合理 ,为科学地评价涡旋型线轮廓度提供了依据

Abstract:Based on envelop method and combined with optimization algorithm, a data processing method for profile error of scroll wrap is presented.Its merit is that the position of measuring datum can be adjusted automatically to adapt to the position of machining datum during the process of profile error evaluation. As a result, the position error between the measuring datum and the machining datum is separated and the influence of position error on the evaluation of profile error will be eliminated. Being used in practice, this method is proved to be simple and reasonable and provides a basis for scientific evaluation of profile error of scroll wrap.
