碳化硅粒子增强铝基复合材料的研制

摘    要:论述了SiC粒子增强铝基复合材料的制备工艺,探讨了不同SiC粒子加入量对材料物理性能、力学性能、磨损性能等的影响.结果表明,SiC粒子的加入降低了材料的密度和热膨胀系数,但大大提高了材料的耐磨性能;复合材料与基体合金相比,抗拉强度有所下降.

Abstract:The manufacture of the aluminum matrix composites reinforced by SiC particles and the effects of weight fraction of SiC on their physical, mechanical, and wear properties have been studied. Result shows that the density and thermal expansion coefficient have reduced and the wear resistance has improved greatly with increase of SiC weight fraction. But the tensile strength decreases some what compared to matrix alloy.
