EA-SAL修正涡旋齿端面积计算

摘    要:以EA-SAL修正涡旋齿为对象研究其几何特性,定义了涡旋齿端面积,用解析法推出了修正部分和未修正部分齿端面积的计算公式,并进行了几何参数及齿端面积的实例计算.结果表明,基圆半径、渐开线起始角、起始修正角、修正圆弧半径及涡旋齿终止展角可作为涡旋齿的基本几何参数,修正后的齿端面积明显增大,使涡旋齿中心部分强度提高.

Abstract:Based on the EA-SAL modified scroll wrap,the geometric characteristics were studied and the end cross-section area of scroll wrap was defined.Using analytical method,the calculation formula of such area was obtained for the modified and non-modified portions of the scroll wrap. The calculation example of geometric parameters and the end cross-section area of the scroll wrap were presented.The result showed that the radius of the base circle,initial angle of the involute,initial modification angle,radius of modification arc,and involute ending angle could be the basic geometric parameters of the scroll wrap with EA-SAL modification.The end cross-section area of the modified scroll wrap was obviously enlarged so that the strength of the center portion of the scroll wrap was increased.
