摘    要:本文以某型进口铲运机转向液压系统为例,分析了该转向液压系统的失效机理。在建立故障树的基础上,将其分为常见故障和多发故障分别进行了分析,指出了故障特征,并提出相应的改进措施。认为在重型铲运机的恒压转向系统中,液压系统的冲击是不可避免的;为此,要开发高性能、抗冲击、反应灵敏的径向柱塞泵;在高性能泵未投入实际应用之前,建议采用齿轮泵、卸荷阀构成的组合动力源来代替斜盘式恒压轴向柱塞泵,以延长整机的无故障工作周期。

Abstract:Taking one of importing mining machines as an example,this artical analyses the failure mechanism of its hydraulic Steerin system. Based upon its fault tree,the troubles are classified as common trouble and frequently-occurring trouble and analysed respectively, pointing out their feature and corrective methods. The article says that,in the constant pressure steering system of heavy mining machine,hgdraulic shock is inevitable and that radial piston pump with high quality,shock-proof,and high response has to be developed. The authors suggest that gear pump with relief valve should be employed to replace the constant pressare axial piston pump untill its performances being improved.
