| 摘 要： | 以镁合金拉伸/冲击试棒构成的铸件为研究对象,分析厚壁压铸铸件的各项铸造工艺参数.借助铸造CAE技术,结合PQ平方图及金属液波动模型优化内浇口面积及各项速度参数,模拟高压铸造过程中水冷却系统、内浇口速度对凝固缺陷的影响.结果表明:该铸件内缩孔、缩松的位置与大小.解决厚壁压铸铸件各项工艺参数合理选择的问题.
