镁合金厚壁压铸铸件的铸造参数确定与工艺模拟

摘    要:以镁合金拉伸/冲击试棒构成的铸件为研究对象,分析厚壁压铸铸件的各项铸造工艺参数.借助铸造CAE技术,结合PQ平方图及金属液波动模型优化内浇口面积及各项速度参数,模拟高压铸造过程中水冷却系统、内浇口速度对凝固缺陷的影响.结果表明:该铸件内缩孔、缩松的位置与大小.解决厚壁压铸铸件各项工艺参数合理选择的问题.

Abstract:Taking the casting of tensile sample and impact sample both made of magnesium alloy as the research object,various processing parameters of the thick-wall die-cast samples were analyzed.With the help of foundry CAE technology,the ingate sectional area and various speed parameters were optimized and the effect of cooling water system and ingate velocity on solidifying defects was simulated by using square graph of PQ and wave model of liquid metal.And the size and location of porosities and shrinks were expo...
