摘    要:基于电磁感应加热及热传导理论,通过建立包含感应线圈、曲柄臂和空气体在内的三维有限元分析模型,借助ANSYS软件对曲柄臂在感应加热过程中的温度场分布规律及热变形情况进行数值仿真研究.结果表明,通过在凸臂孔内设置圆形线圈,并在位于主轴颈与凸柄销之间的曲臀外围设置矩形线圈,当两个线圈电流密度合理设置时,在一定感应加热时间内,...
