摘    要:为了预测数控铣削加工过程中球头铣刀的铣削力,将刀具沿轴向平行地分割为许多很小的切削微元,刀具受到的铣削力为参与切削的各切削微元的受力之和.根据刀具铣削力与切削负载之间的经验公式,综合考虑刀具偏心、力变形和热变形,推导出三维进给状态下瞬时切削厚度表达式,建立球头铣刀铣削力模型并对模型进行仿真.结果表明,刀具偏心和变形对铣...
