摘    要:利用溶胶-凝胶法制备TiO2薄膜光催化剂,考察掺杂铁、银离子改性与酸处理的TiO2薄膜以及有微量H2O2存在时光催化降解水杨酸的活性,并对改性薄膜光催化降解水杨酸的动力学进行研究.实验表明:改性后的TiO2薄膜光催化剂的活性均有不同程度的提高,其中体相掺铁和酸改性的TiO2薄膜光催化活性最高,并且改性的TiO2薄膜降解水杨酸过程符合一级反应;微量的H2O2存在使TiO2光催化降解效率明显提高.

Abstract:Photocatalysts made of TiO2 films were prepared with sol-gel technique.The influence of doping Fe and Ag ions into TiO2 film and its acid-treatment for film modification on its catalytic activity for photocatalytic degradation of salicylic acid was investigated.The effect of existence of minute H2O2 on the degrading reaction was also studied.Meanwhile,the kinetics of photocatalytic degradation of salicylic acid with modified film was studied,also.The result of experiment showed that the activity of all modified TiO2 films as photocatalysts were improved to a certain extent.The both TiO2 films modified with doping of Fe3 and acid treatment had the most photocatalytic activity and the process of salicylic acid degradation with modified TiO2 film was consistent with first-order reaction.The existence of minute H2O2 made the efficiency of photocatalytic degradation with TiO2 film remarkably improved.
