摘    要:分析了激素对两个基因型小麦幼穗组织培养效果的影响,结果表明,愈伤组织诱导率在每个组合中均可达100%,诱导培养基中加入2,4-D对植株再生和绿点分化频率的效果要显著优于Picloram,在所采用的有效2,4D浓度范围内,随着浓度的升高,绿苗的再生频率呈现上升的趋势,2,4-D的量为4.5mg/L时,植株的再生频率平均可以达到45%左右。

Abstract:The systemic studies on plant hormone affecting the in vitro culture of wheat inflorescence were carried out in this paper. It indicated that the frequency of callus induction can achieve 100% in all of the experimental lines, Induction medium containing 2,4-D was better than Picloram in frequency of plantlet regeneration and green spot dif ferentiation, the up trend was observed on plantlet regeneration rate with the 2,4-D concentration raise in the certain available range, and the concentration of 4.5 mg/L re suited in the highest average plantlet regeneration rate of 45 %.
