生态文明建设中企业员工生态环境行为的影响因素研究——基于扩展的规范激活模型

摘    要:生态文明建设对企业员工的生态环境行为提出了要求.从企业员工自身出发,以规范激活模型中的后果意识、责任归属和个人规范为基础,增加媒介使用与主观规范变量,构建企业员工生态环境行为影响因素的理论研究模型,通过收集410份有效问卷,运用结构方程模型进行实证研究得到:1)个人规范、后果意识以及媒介使用可以直接正向影响企业员工生态环境行为,且其影响作用依次减弱;2)媒介使用会直接正向影响企业员工的后果意识、责任归属及主观规范,而后果意识、责任归属及主观规范又可以直接正向影响企业员工的个人规范;3)媒介使用既可以通过后果意识间接影响企业员工生态环境行为,也可以先通过影响后果意识、责任归属以及主观规范,再影响个人规范,进而影响企业员工生态环境行为,且媒介使用的间接影响作用大于其直接影响作用.

Abstract:The construction of ecological civilization imposes requirements on the employees' eco-environmental behavior. From the perspective of employees, based on the awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility, and personal norm in the norm activation model, a theoretical research model for the influencing factors of employees'eco-environmental behavior is established with subjective norm and media use added.After collecting 410 valid questionnaires, empirical analysisresults using the structural equation model are as follows.1) Personal norm, awareness of consequences and media use directly affect employees' eco-environmental behavior, and their effects are successively weakened.2) Media use directly affects awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility and subjective norm of employees, while awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility and subjective norm directly affect personal norm of employees.3) Media use not only indirectly affects employees' eco-environmental behavior through awareness of consequences, but also influences employees' eco-environmental behavior by first affecting awareness of consequences, attribution of responsibility and subjective norm, and then affecting personal norm. Besides, the indirect effect of media use is greater than its direct effect.
