丝绸之路经济带旅游业发展与生态文明建设的耦合协调度研究

通过构建旅游业发展与生态文明建设评价指标体系，采用熵权法和综合评价法测算2009年、2012年、2015年和2018年丝绸之路经济带各省区旅游业发展与生态文明建设的综合评价指数，并运用耦合协调度模型及相对发展模型研究了丝绸之路经济带旅游业发展与生态文明建设的耦合协调关系.研究表明：1)研究期内丝绸之路经济带旅游业发展与生态文明建设的耦合协调发展区域差异明显，空间格局上呈现出东部、南部高于其他地区的差异特征，不平衡问题突出；2)旅游业发展与生态文明建设的耦合协调水平整体偏低，总体水平还处于濒临失调阶段，旅游业发展还需要更长时间与生态文明建设进行磨合；3)旅游业发展与生态文明建设的耦合协调发展过程具有一定稳定性，但处于边缘省区的协调发展水平易出现极化的现象，未来应重视旅游业与生态文明建设耦合协调质量的提高，促进旅游业与生态文明建设优质协调发展.

A study on the coupling degree of tourism development and ecological civilization construction in the Silk Road Economic Belt

Based on constrution of the evaluation index system for tourism development and ecological civilization construction，the comprehensive evaluation indexes of tourism development and ecological civilization construction in all provinces and regions of the Silk Road Economic Belt in 2009， 2012， 2015 and 2018 are calculated by entropy weight method and comprehensive evaluation method.And the coupling and coordination relationship between tourism development and ecological civilization construction in the Silk Road Economic Belt is discussed through coupling coordination degree model and relative development model. The results show as follows. 1)During the research period， the regional differences of the coupling and coordinated development between tourism development and ecological civilization construction in the Silk Road Economic Belt are obvious. The spatial pattern of the eastern and southern regions higher than that of other regions is found， and the imbalance is prominent. 2)The overall level of coupling and coordination between tourism development and ecological civilization construction is on the low side and still on the verge of imbalance，indicating thatthe development of tourism needs a longer time to break in with the construction of ecological civilization. 3)The process of the coupling and coordinated development of tourism development and ecological civilization has certain stability， but the level of the coordinated development of the marginal provinces is prone to polarization. In the future， attention should be paid to the improvement of the quality of the coupling and coordination of tourism and ecological civilization to promote the high quality coordination development of tourism industry and ecological civilization construction.
