江南六镇旅游发展模式的比较及持续利用对策

从20世纪80年代江南六大水乡古镇被发现、保护,并且进行旅游开发之后,就以其独有的水乡风貌特色和丰厚的文化底蕴,成为华东地区重要的旅游目的地,旅游为古镇带来了显著的经济、社会和文化效益,形成了古镇独特的发展模式.然而在发展的同时,因受城市化、工业化、商业化和现代化的冲击,在江南六镇传统发展模式中也呈现出商业化过度、现代化过快、空心化明显、克隆化普遍和超载化突出的严重问题.立足六镇旅游发展模式的对比研究,在分析古镇旅游开发利用模式中的共同特征和其显现出来的问题,探讨了古镇保护与持续利用的内在机制,并提出了古镇保护和持续利用的5个方面的新对策调整.

Tourism development models comparative study and sustainable development countermeasures of ancient towns in south China

The six ancient water towns have attracted more and more visitors from inland and overseas based on the particular scenery features and the cultural details since they were discovered,conserved and exploited for tourism in the 1980s.The tourism has brought remarkable economic,social and cultural benefits to the water towns and formed individually the special development models.But at the same time urbanization,industrialization,commercialization have modernization have been impacting the ancient towns and have been appearing key problems,such as over commercialization,rapid modernization,extensive copy and so on.Based on the tourism development models comparative study,this paper analyzes the characteristics and the main problems of development models and discusses the conservation and exploitation mechanism of ancient towns,and it puts fomard five countermeasures about conservation and sustainable development of ancient towns in south China.
