| 摘 要： | 通过对增长极理论与产业集群理论的比较分析,指出了各理论的优缺点及其适用范围.一般而言,在资源稀缺的不发达阶段采用增长极发展战略,同时借鉴产业集群的区域分工模式.当经济发展到一定水平后,具备发展产业集群模式的地区,政府应当积极实施产业集群发展战略,为产业集群的发展创造良好的环境.

| Abstract: | It is analyzed and compared between the theory of growtn-pole ano tile theory of industrial cluster in this article, which points out the merits and flaws of both theories. General speaking, during the stage of underdevelopment, the government should implement growth-pole development strategy. When economy has attained great development and possessed the characteristic of industrial cluster development pattern, the government should implement industrial cluster development strategy, creating advantageous environment for the development of iridustrial cluster. |
