长江中游城市群发展质量提升模式与路径

在测度长江中游城市群发展质量的基础上，提出长江中游城市群发展质量的提升模式与路径.首先通过因子分析法，对长江中游城市群发展质量进行了测度.结果表明，长江中游城市群中仅1/3的城市处于高或较高发展质量，总体发展质量不高.武汉城市圈、长株潭城市群、环鄱阳湖城市群在2012年～2016年间发展质量波动明显且有较大差别，武汉城市圈发展质量波动大、增速快，长株潭城市群、环鄱阳湖城市群发展质量有一定幅度的波动，但增速不明显.根据测度结果，提出了充分发挥三中心城市对接辐射作用、打造“多层次协同发展”的城市群发展质量提升模式以及加强城市群之间交流合作、以绿色发展为手段的发展质量提升路径.

The modes and path of improving the development quality of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River

On the basis of measuring the development quality of the urban agglomerations in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River， the improving mode and path of the development quality are proposed. In this paper， the factor analysis method is used to measure the development quality of the middle reaches of the Yangtze River. The results show that only one-third of the cities in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River are of high or higher development quality， and the overall development quality is at medium level. There are significant differences in the development quality and fluctuations between Wuhan City Circle， Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group， and the Poyang Lake City Group. The development quality of Wuhan City Circle has a big fluctuation and a fast growth rate. In the Changsha-Zhuzhou-Xiangtan City Group and the Poyang Lake City Group， there is an obvious fluctuation instead of significant increase on growth rate. Based on the measurement results， some suggestions are presented such as exerting the radiation effect of the three central city groups， making the multi-level collaborative development， strengthening communication and cooperation between urban groups， and using the green development. The purpose is to improve the development quality of urban agglomeration in the Middle Reaches.
