水稻硒蛋白及其硒结合形态研究

以补硒栽培的水稻为材料制备水溶性蛋白，运用（ＮＨ３）２ＳＯ４分段盐析、分子筛柱层析，分离出高含硒蛋白组分，经酸水解后采用标样对照法，用高效液相色谱分离、检出硒代氨基酸，再用质谱法进一步确认。在水稻硒蛋白中，硒的结合形态，硒代蛋氨酸和硒代光氨酸两种均存在。

Studies on Se-proteins and Combined forms of selenium in rice

Soluble proteins were extracted from rice grown. with added selenium. The proteins riched with selenium were separated by (NH 4) 2SO 4 fractional salting out and molecular sieve column chromatography. The Se amino acids were separated and determined with HPLC by a trade sample contrast after hydrolyzed, which were affirmed more by mass spectroscopy.In rice se proteins, there are both seleno methionine and seleno cyteine for the combined forms of selenium.
