| 摘 要： | 为解决现行的煤层钻孔气体检测装置数据最高值不容易被捕捉、钻孔气体参数比较单一、测定结果不能实时显示的问题,特研制出一种煤层钻孔气体检测装置。此装置能够准确测定煤层钻孔内的气体浓度(包括甲烷、硫化氢和一氧化碳)、气体流量、气体温度和气体压力等(包括高压和低压)参数,并且数据实时显示、连续记录、易于查询。应用实践表明:该装置能够满足煤矿现场测定煤层钻孔参数的要求,对实时预测预报煤与瓦斯突出危险性、保障煤矿安全生产具有重要意义。

Outburst Prediction Device Based on Gas Parameter Detection of Coal Seam Drilling |

| Abstract: | In order to solve the problems that the highest value of the data is not easy to capture , the drilling gas parameters are relatively simple and the results can not be displayed in real time , we have developed a gas detector for coal seam drilling .The device can accurately measure the gas concentration which include meth-ane, hydrogen sulfide and carbon monoxide , gas-flow rate, gas temperature and gas pressure including high pressure and low pressure in coal seam drilling , and the data real-time displayed , continuous recorded , easy to queried.The applications show that the device can meet the requirements of coal mine field measurement of drilling parameters of coal seam .It is of great significance for the real time forecast of coal and gas outburst and the safety production of coal mine . |
