摘    要:结合钱家营矿的实际情况,论述了对该矿东、西风井主要通风机运行参数监测及监测数据网上发布的实现过程。对煤矿安全监测系统进行了扩充,实现了主要通风机的运行参数全方位、全过程的监控,填补了国内煤矿安全监控系统的一个空白,对煤矿安全监控系统向全矿井综合监控系统的过渡进行了有益的尝试。同时,网上监测数据的实时发布,可使更多的管理和技术人员及时准确地掌握作业现场的情况,对于提高管理水平,决策科学化,有力的保障矿井的安全生产,避免重特大事故的发生具有现实意义。

Abstract:Combined with the practical situations of Qian Jia Ying mine, the article states the monitoring of the parameter of the central ventilators in eastern and western ventilating shafts and the realization of the publication of the monitoring data an the intemet. The article broadens the contents of the system of monitoring mining safety, realizes the all-round, monitoring of the proossing parameter, fills the blank of domestic system of monitoring mining safety and has a significant attempt in the transition of comprehensive monitoring system of the whole mine from the system of monitoring mining safety. Meanwhile, the instant publication of the monitoring data an the intemet has more and more administrators and technicians grasp the situation of the working spot precisely, has a great significanoe for improving administrative level, scientific decision, strong guarantee of work safety and avoidance of serious accidents.
