论科学发展观视角下的安全科学与工程学科建设

本文回顾分析了安全科学与工程学科创建和发展的历程及现状,其作为一个新兴的一级学科,正面临良好发展的机遇期,思考和规划该学科的建设与发展是十分必要的。以科学发展观的理论为指导,采用"以人为本、统筹兼顾、全面协调、可持续发展"的视角,来思考安全科学与工程学科的建设与发展,理解学科的内涵建设与人才培养的关系,处理好学科与外部社会经济发展的关系,处理好学科与高校发展定位的关系。以科学发展观为指导,加强安全科学与工程学科建设是一个值得深入研究的问题,本文在这方面作了一些探索研究。

Analysis of Safety Science and Engineering Construction with Scientific Development Perspective

This paper reviews and analyzes the history,creation and development of the safety science and engineering discipline. It is a new discipline,facing a good opportunity for the development of thinking and planning. It is very necessary to be constructed and developed. From the theoretical guidance of the scientific development concept,the use of ＂ people-oriented,integrated,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development＂ perspective,to think about the construction and development of the safety science and engineering discipline to understand the relationship connotation construction and personnel training discipline,handling good relations with the external discipline of social and economic development,handle the relationship between subject and university development orientation. The scientific development concept,strengthen the safety science and engineering discipline is a problem worthy of further research,the article made some exploration and research in this area.
