超临界水对褐煤、长焰煤气化的实验研究

摘    要:超临界水对褐煤和长焰煤的气化实验研究表明煤的变质程度越低、煤样的颗粒越小气化率越高;催化剂的种类对气化效果有着显著影响,KOH可使褐煤获得的气体转化率达94.65%,K2CO3获得气体的转化率为73.58%。超临界水对褐煤、长焰煤气化的主要产物是H2、CH4、C2H6、C2H4、CO3实验对低燃烧值的褐煤通过深加工而变为附加值的工业燃料具有理论和实际意义。

Abstract:The research on gasification of long -flame coal and lignite under the condition of SW( Supercritical Water)shows that the lower metamorphism and the smaller particle size are, the higher gasification rate of long - flame coal and lignite is. ; Be- sides, catalysts has significant impact on the gasification rate. The catalyst KOH makes lignite gasification rate up to 94. 65%, K2CO3 make 73.58% respectively. The main products of the experiments are H2 , CH4 ,C2 H6, C2 H4, CO3 The experiments are significant for lignite to become the high value - added industral fuel by deeply proceessing in theory and practice.
