The Principle Role of Enterprises in National Innovation

Independence and Innovation are prerequisite to the development of our society and economy. The cultivation of the innovating comperence of our enterprises has become a strategic task in the adjustment of economic structure and the transformantion of the mode of economic growth. Our enterprises have equipped themselves with the conditions and momentum of improving the competence of self-independence and innovation. It is the entrepreneur instead of the expert who should play the leading role in the technical innovation of enterprises.
