| Abstract: | With the rapid development of digital process, more and more enterprises begin to expand E-commerce and put the advanced management idea- ERP into enterprise management. However, many enterprises divide E-commerce with ERP, which increase the input of enterprises, and can not share resources to fully achieve the utmost benefits of E-commerce and ERP without the unified plan and design. The thesis analyzes E-commerce and ERP, points out that we should comprehensively apply E-commerce and ERP in order to gain utmost benefits. |
