摘    要:首先引进纳机电系统的物理模型,即自旋-玻色子模型的单模情况。对模型进行严格数值解和绝热近似解,通过两种解法结果的比较,从而确定了绝热近似的适用条件。

Abstract:The physical model of NEMS, ie, the single - mode situation of the spin - boson model is studied by both numerical and adiabatic approximation calculations. By compafion, the applicable conditions of the adiabatic approximation is identified.
