隔爆型移动机器人平台的研制

摘    要:工作在矿山、石油、化工、消防等特殊行业的作业人员,常常处于危险的爆炸性气体环境中,因此研制一种隔爆型移动机器人平台,以替代作业人员进入危险区域进行作业变得十分重要。本文主要针对煤矿井下环境,依据对煤矿中探测设备的防爆设计要求,设计了一种隔爆型移动机器人平台。该机器人平台具有体积小、重量轻、行动灵活,可实现单兵背负等特点。实验测试表明该机器人的运动性能满足矿用救灾探测机器人的要求,并可在此平台基础上设计出可在其他爆炸性气体环境中使用的移动机器人平台。

Abstract:Special industry workers who work in mining, petroleum, chemical, fire and other special jobs, are often exposed to danger explosive gas environment. Therefore, the development of a flameproof mobile robot platform, in order to replace the workers entering the danger zone to work become very important. Aiming at the coal mine environment, based on explosion - proof design requirements of coal mine detection equipment, we design a kind of flameproof mobile robot platform. The robot plat- form has the advantages of small volume, light weight, flexible operation, and can realize single knapsack. The experimental re- sults indicate that the motion performance of the robot can meet the requirements of coal mine rescue robot, and the design of this platform can be used in other explosive gas atmosphere mobile robot platform.
