| Abstract: | China rely mainly on underground mining ,and longwall mining is play ing important roles in coal mining in China. In this paper, we firstly summariz e the overviews of longwall mining in China, and then lay the stress on the techn ical progresses in longwall mining and the applications of longwall technologies in thick coal seam mining, meanwhile the high productive and efficient longwall mining technology are also introduced. |
