高集中化生产矿井采区煤仓退化的仿真分析

摘    要:根据铁法晓南矿原东一采区的观测资料,利用计算机仿真技术模拟了采区出煤系统的运煤过程,讨论了采区系统各环节的可靠性与出煤生产的关系。从理论上证明了在高效单工作面生产的连续化运输系统中,采区煤仓的容量已经退化,采区的独立性也趋于淡化,进而推论出未来的矿井设计理念将会发生改变。

Abstract:Based on the observed data of the former east No.1 mining area of Xiaonan Mine in Tiefa city, the coal transport course of the coal-transport system in the mining area was simulated by using computer simulation technology. The relationship between the reliabilities of every link in the mining area system and the production was discussed about. It is proved in theory that in continued transport system of effective single coalface, the bunker capacity of mining area has degenerated, and the independence of mining area is weak.
