浅埋煤层大采高工作面支架适应性研究

摘    要:通过分析工作面支架记录仪数据,从支架工作阻力频率分布、左右柱受力平衡性及初撑力与末阻力三个角度来分析浅埋煤层大采高支架的选型合理性,并分析了支架偏载与初撑力较小的原因,最终得出该支架能适应工作面的要求。

Study on the Support Adaptability of High Cutting Height Working Face in Shallowly Buried Coal Seam

Abstract:Through the analysis of working face support data recorder, from the support working resistance fre- quency distribution, force balance of left & right pillar and the initial supporting force to analysis the selection of rationality of high cutting height support in shallowly buried seam, and analyzed the reason of the partial load and the smaller support setting force, eventually come to conclusion that support can adapt the requirements of working face
