摘    要:基于张集煤矿1311(1)工作面远距离下保护层开采,利用数值模拟试验对比相似材料模拟试验,分析得出被保护层在保护层法向投影至理论卸压角范围内为扩界区,理论卸压角范围内为充分卸压区。为直观、准确地考察扩界保护范围,在被保护层施工煤巷,分别考察了扩界区域煤层膨胀变形率、巷高变形率、瓦斯自然排放量和透气性系数。研究结果表明张集煤矿11-2煤层的卸压角可由锐角扩大为90°,实现了被保护层工作面等长等宽布置。

Abstract:Based on mining underlying protective seam with long distance in the panel 1311 (1) of ZhangJi mine, and by the contrast of numerical simulation and similar material test, the extended destressed zone was located between the angles of theoretical destressing and normal projection of protective seam border; fully de-stressed zone was within the limit of theoretical destressing angle. In order to investigate the extended protec-tive range intuitively and correctly, the coal roadway was constructed in overlying protected seam 13 - 1 to test the coal seam swelling deformation rate, height deformation rate of coal roadway, gas emission and permeabili-ty coefficient. The research proved that the destressing angle of 11 -2 nearly horizontal coal seam can be ex-panded to 90°and the equivalent length and width arrangement of protected panel can be realized.
