李嘴孜煤矿急倾斜厚煤层工作面采空区自然发火预防技术

摘    要:针对李嘴孜煤矿3232(3)工作面具体地质条件,在详细分析工作面煤层自然发火的五种影响因素的基础上,进行了工作面采空区自燃危险区划分分析。根据生产不同阶段的不同特点,采取了不同的预防措施,建立以灌浆注胶防灭火技术为核心,注氮、阻化剂为辅,其它防灭火技术相结合的综合预防技术体系,保障了工作面的安全生产。

Abstract:According to concrete geological condition of 3232(3) working face in Lizuizi coal mine, based on Coal Spontaneous Combustion, Spontaneous Combustion risk area is analyzed in paper. According to different stages and different characteristics in production, adopting to different prevention technology, establishing comprehensive prevention technical system, taking grouting and injecting for fire prevention as centre, combing with injecting N2, inhibitor etc. As a results, ensuring the safety production.
