矿井通风设施外部漏风的检测方法研究

矿井外部漏风率大小是衡量主要通风机运行状况和通风管理水平的重要指标之一,其测定方法的选择是现场技术人员进行漏风测定时面临的首要问题。依据矿井通风原理,分析了各种外部漏风测试方法的原理、步骤、适用条件。以五沟煤矿外部漏风测定为实例,论述其方法选择的依据和过程。现场测试结果表明:在1#风机和2#风机运行状态下矿井外部漏风率分别为8.4%和7.85%,其中备用风机的装置漏风是主要的漏风源,必须采取有针对性的措施予以治理。测试结果对消除矿井漏风隐患、优化矿井通风系统提供科学的现场依据。

Research on mensuration method of ventilation equipment external air leakage

It is one of signify indexes to evaluate running status of main fan and mine ventilation management level for external air leakage ratio, and the selection of mensuration methods is the chief issue for technique personnel when mensurating external air leakage. In term of coal mine ventilation theory, those characteristics were analyzed for various mensuration methods such as the principle, process, and applying condition. As a example of external air leakage mensuration of wugou mine, the gist and process of selecting mensuration methods was discussed. The resuh showed that mine external air leakage ratio was 8.4% and 7. 85% re- spectively corresponding 1^ # fan and 2^# fan running, equipment air leakage of spare fan was the most primary air leakage fountain- head, so specific measures must be applied to reduce air leakage. The research conclusion will provide scientific field reference for eliminating air leakage hidden trouble and optimizing mine ventilation system.
