摘    要:针对常规开采在地面堆积矸石山的同时引起开采沉陷并严重危害环境的问题,提出了一条矸石不出井直接充填井下的洁净开采新途径,既可以消除矸石山,又可以减少开采沉陷,具有显著的环境效益、经济效益、社会效益,有利于煤矿可持续发展。

Abstract:The conventional mining causes the mining subsidence and at the same time a refuse heap arises on the ground.Both con harm the environment seriously,and give the coal mine itself and society a series of problems.To solve the problems,a way of the clear mining is put forward,that is,the refuse is not taken out of a coal mine and immediately stowed underground.The way makes the refuse heap disappear and the mining subsidence decrease.Through analyses,its environmental benefits,economic benefits and social benefits are notable.The proposal is to take measures,and test and popularite it.To stow the refuse underground immediately is of benefit to sustainable development.
