基于ANSYS工字钢截面力学优化设计

摘    要:以工程中常用的工字钢为例,利用有限元程序ANSYS,对工字钢在增加腹板厚度和增加等面积的翼缘厚度的两种情况下分别进行了力学分析,试图找到翼缘和腹板在工字钢受力过程中分别起到的主要作用。结果表明增加腹板厚度对减少工字钢两端剪力效果明显,而增加翼缘厚度对减少跨中挠度更加有效。

Abstract:Taking the I -beam commonly used in engineering as an example,using the finite element program ANSYS,the mechanical analysis of the I -beam in the two cases of the homolographic flange thickness in-crease and the web thickness increase is carried out respectively,in order to find the main functions of the web and flange respectively in the process of stress of I -beam to try to.The results show that the increase in web thickness significantly reduced at both ends of shear effect,however,increasing the flange thickness is more effectively in the reduction of mid span deflection.
