公路悬索桥主索鞍座的装配与焊接工艺探讨

摘    要:从铸焊结构鞍座的结构分析入手,分析了鞍座的装配工艺,通过5组焊接工艺评定,得出主索鞍座的焊接工艺参数,并详细分析了焊接过程中的焊接应力与变形问题,为实际生产提供了理论依据。

Abstract:The suspension bridge has more advantages than the cable-stayed bridge and the common bridge,but the technology of making its main cable and saddle has long been the bottleneck of its development.In this essay the author starts from the analysis of the saddle's welding construction to analyze the saddle's assembling technology' gets the technological parameter of welding the main cable saddle through the technological evaluation on five weldings; and analyzes in detail the problem of stress and deformation during the process of welding,which lay the foundation for practical production.
