| 摘 要： | 煤矿伤亡事故调查处理工作难度很大，存在着调查难、处理难、追．究责任难和调查处理方法不够科学等问题。必须进一步规范事故调查处理制度和程序，采用科学的方法和手段进行事故调查，提高办事效率，加大事故行政处罚力度，加强人员培训，提高监察队伍整体素质。

| Abstract: | There are lots of existing problems in investigating and disposing casualty accidents in coalmines, such as difficult to investigate, difficult to dispose, difficult to affix the responsibility and the methods of investigating and disposing are not scientific. It is necessary to standardize the regulations and procedures of investigating and disposing the accidents, to take use of scientific methods to investigate the accidents, to raise efficiency, to increase administrative punishment, to enhance personnel's training and to improve the quality of the team of supervision in general. |
