| 摘 要： | 对如何引导和扶持朱鹮栖息地社区农民,开展绿色水稻种植进行论证,并对该区域商业企业的加工、销售,形成产销一条龙进行实践性的尝试,论证了促进朱鹮栖息地生态环境保护和增加农民收入协调发展,获得经济和栖息地保护双赢效益的可能性．该项目成功地建立了公司、农户和保护区的解决自然保护与当地社区经济发展矛盾的社会共管模式,为国内同类保护区的管理提供了示范．

| Abstract: | It is proved that it is possibility of double-win, which green rice planting and coordinating Crested Ibis habitat protection with increasing farmers' income, through discussion of introducing commercial mechanism into green rice planting and selling in ibis habitat. This program successfully establish the model of society co-management, that commercial enterprise, farmer and Ibis Nature Reserve resolve the contradiction between natural conservation and community economy development. Otherwise, it demonstrates to same type NR for management. |
