| 摘 要： | 报道了一种改进的昆虫基因组DNA 的提取方法.结果表明,该方法可在常温条件下,对多种昆虫及人体组织进行酚/氯仿抽提,DNA 得率较高,OD260/280 的值在1.6～1.9 之间.
