| 摘 要： | 应用分光光度法对太白山区产贯叶连翘金丝桃素的含量进行了测定，结果表明，其各部位中含量分布为：花＞全草上＞叶＞全草＞果＞全草下＞茎＞根。适宜的采收时间为果前期，花期最佳和科学的采集提取部位为分枝以上部位。

| Abstract: | This paper first determines hypericin from every part of Hypericum Perforatum L. in Taibai by spectrophotometry.the determined result of hypericin is as follows: flower>over half part of the whole grass>leaves>whole grass>fruit>below half of the whole grass>stem>root.On the basis of the determined result, it is proposed that the suitable harvesting period of Hypericum Perforatum L.for medicinal purpose is the time before the fruit is formed, the bloom period is the best,and scientifically, the part of Hypericum Perforatum L.is that above the position branched main stem. |
