夹心式扭转-弯曲复合模式压电超声换能器的研究

摘    要:在均匀截面细棒扭转及弯曲振动理论的基础上,研究了一种夹心式扭转-弯曲复合模式压电超声换能器.该换能器由均匀截面金属细棒及两组极化方向不同的压电陶瓷元件组成.文中导出了换能器的共振频率设计方程,并从理论及实验上实现了同一换能器中扭转及弯曲振动的同频共振.实验表明,换能器的扭转振动共振频率与弯曲振动共振频率基本一致,实测值与设计值基本符合.

Abstract:Based on the torsional and flexural vibration theory, the sandwiched torsional flexural composite piezoelectric transducer is studied. This kind of transducers consists of the slender metal rods and the longitudinally and tangentially polarized piezoelectric ceramic tubes. The resonance frequency equations for the torsional and flexural vibrations in the transducers are derived. By correcting the equivalent length of the metal slender rods, the simultaneous resonance of the torsional and flexural vibrations in the transducer is acquired. The experimental results show that the measured resonance frequencies of the transducers are in good agreement with the computed ones, and the measured resonance frequencies of the torsional and flexural vibrations in the composite transducers are also in good agreement with each other.
