| 摘 要： | 针对目前高职计算机类学生存在综合素养差、不适合企业发展的要求等现象,就高职计算机与实践教学中的人才培养、日常的教育教学与管理等问题进行了研究。提出了调整教学计划、结合市场搞好专业建设工作和重点课程建设、加强实践教学力度及抓好师资队伍建设等是高职计算机人才培养的重要途径。
