灰家鸽的核型制备及其分析

本文以灰家鸽骨髓为材料,采用增加动物骨髓细胞有丝分裂相的方法,空气干燥法制片,姬姆萨染色,获得了较理想的中期分裂相.对12只鸽子的核型观察结果表明:灰家鸽的染色体数为2n=78.文章对前10对大的染色体进行了测量和形态分析,并对家鸽与原鸽的核型以及国外报导的家鸽核型进行了初步比较,讨论了引起染色体组型差异的原因.

PREPARATION AND ANALYSIS OF OF KARYOTYPEOF DOMESTIC PIGEON

By using a new technique to increase mitotic phase of marrow cells,and an air drying method and Giemsa staining,the idegal metaphases from domestic pigeo- ns were obtained.The observation of karyotype of twelve pigons showed that the chromosome number was 2n=78.The 10 pairs of chromosomes with the largest length were measured and morphologically analyzed The preliminary comparisons of karyo- types between the present species and the original species,as wellgs those described in the published articles abroad were carried out.The reason for the difference of karyotypes was discussed.
