| 摘 要： | 提出了应用地理信息系统（GIS）技术研究区域旅游规则和管理的多层次方法，利用MapInfo的多重功能，建立了区域旅游规划和管理信息系统，并在此基础上分析了系统的结构设计和数据查询、数据集成与更新、缓冲区及旅游专家咨询系统等功能的实现，阐述了本系统对区域旅游规划和管理的重要意义。

And then the article analyses the idea of the system design as well as how to realize the function. At last the article states the meaning applying GIS technique in the regional tourist planning and management. |
