| 摘 要： | 华细辛为正品细辛,是细辛的地道药材.由于过度采挖,野生资源锐减,保护华细辛种质资源迫在眉睫.选择华细辛最适宜生境种植区,确定华细辛种质标准和质量标准,建立规范化、科学化和标准化的种植标准操作规程,可达到有效成分的稳定.陕西省宁强县山区的生态环境适宜于野生华细辛生长,人工栽植已经成功,完善华细辛GAP基地建设,能有效地保护华细辛种质资源.

| Abstract: | Asarum sieboldii Miq.has been regarded as the most genuine kind of Asarum and as the most trueborn of medicinal herb.Due to the over-diggings,the amount of natural Asarum sieboldii Miq.decreases quickly.So,the protection of Asarum sieboldii Miq.idioplasm resources is exeremely urgent.To stabilize the effective components of Asarum sieboldii Miq,it is feasible choose the most suitable cultivating area,to set the standard for Asarum sieboldii Miq.idioplasm and its quality,and to establish its standardization and scientific SOP(Standard Operating Procedure) for planting.The ecological environment of mountainous areas in Ningqiang county of Shaanxi Province has been proved to be suitable for cultivating wild Asarum sieboldii Miq.and to succeed in domestic cultivating experiments.To perfect construction GAP(Good Agriculture Practice) bases of Asarum sieboldii Miq.is effective to protect its idioplasm resources. |
