| 摘 要： | 报道研制的一种模式转换型超声马达．给出该超声马达驱动力和弯曲振动对瞬态摩擦力响应的表达式；讨论了装配角与初位相和驱动力之间的关系；最后测量了该马达的转速．结果表明，该马达具有结构简单、转速低等优点．

| Abstract: | A kind of mode conversion ultrasonic motor is studied and made. The formula of the force and the response of the fiexcural vibration to the transient fricational force is given,and the relation among the fabricational angle, the driving force of the motor and the phase difference is discussed. The rotatory speed is measured. The results show many merits of the motor, such as simple construction, low speed, etc. |
