指数形负载超声变幅杆频率方程与放大系数的研究

摘    要:求解了加负载时超声变幅杆的放大系数,得到了加负载时放大系数的统一算式.利用变幅杆纵向振动四端网络等效电路,计算了指数形变幅杆负载为纯阻与纯抗时纵向振动共振频率方程和放大系数.通过Matlab软件绘制了共振频率及放大系数随负载变化的曲线.结果表明,负载较小时,频率与放大系数有较快的改变;负载较大时,频率与放大系数变化较小,基本趋于稳定.

Abstract:The amplitude magnification coefficient of loaded transformer is studied, and a unified expression is given. Based on equivalent four-terminal networks of the longitudinal ultrasonic horn, the resonance frequency equation and magnification coefficient of loaded exponent ultrasonic horn, including pure resistance and pure reactance, are calculated. Then, the programs of Matlab chart the graphs of resonance frequency and magnification coefficient following the change of loads. The results show that the changes of resonance frequency and the amplitude magnification coefficient are large when the load is small; but they will be little when the load is large.
