甲醛吸入对小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌白细胞介素-2水平的影响

摘    要:目的研究甲醛吸入对小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌白细胞介素(IL)-2水平的影响。方法选用健康清洁级昆明种小鼠48只.随机分成4组(即阴性对照组.21.42.84mg/m3染毒组).每组12只.用静式吸入染毒方式染毒12W处死后.测定小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2的水平。结果甲醛吸入染毒组小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2水平均随染毒剂量的升高而呈明显下降趋势(P〈0.05或,P〈0.01)。结论吸入甲醛可导致小鼠脾淋巴细胞分泌IL-2水平的下降。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of formaldehyde(FA) inhalation on the Interleukin-2(IL-2) production from mouse spleen lymphocyte.Methods Fourty-eight KM mice were randomly divided into 4 groups as following:negative control group,21,42,84 mg/m3 FA inhalation group.Mice were exposed to different dose of FA by inspiration in a static total enclosure chamber for 12 weeks.The level of IL-2 production from mouse spleen lymphocyte were measured.Results the level of IL-2 production from mouse spleen lymphocyte showed a significant decline tendency with dose increased in FA inhalation group compared with negative control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion formaldehyde inhalation can decrease the level of IL-2 production from spleen lymphocytes.
