| 摘 要： | 介绍了基于ICL7650程控微电流放大器的设计方法、工作原理以及电路工艺，并给出了部分电路。该放大器具有量程编程可调、分辨率高、响应快、漂移低、体积小、稳定性好以及价格低廉等优点。
